This delicious gluten-free autumn traybake contains healthy apple, courgette, squash and our preservative-free Better Naked Sausages!
Firstly roughly chop red onion, slice a couple of apples, thickly slice some courgettes and chop a butternut squash.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet with 1 pack of Better Naked Sausages. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle some olive oil over the ingredients and toss.
Roast in the oven for 30 mins at 180C until the sausages are browned and all veg are cooked.
Before serving, garnish with crumbled feta cheese (optional), chopped parsley and a drizzle of the sweet tray juices 😍
