For Best Results oven bake: Domestic ovens vary, the following is a guide only. Preheat oven to 200°C | Fan 180°C | Gas 6. Place meatballs on a baking tray in the centre of the oven until fully cooked. To pan fry: Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan until hot. Fry meatballs over a medium heat, turning occasionally until fully cooked. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
